Services
This is a location that is available to rent for clients or photographers. There is no photography service included in the studio rental. You will be responsible to provide your own photographer.
Hourly Rate $50
It’s very simply if you want to shoot for an hour or two then this is the best option for you. Simply click below on any page to book your session. Pick your date and time, then pay for the hours wanted to use the natural light studio and all it’s props. One hour is the minimum rental period for this studio. Anyone needing use of the studio for less than one hour would simply book one hour.
Half Day Rate $200
Our half day coverage is for 5 hours of studio time on a single day. It’s basically buy 4 hours get 1 free. So there is a discount for those wanting to do longer shoots or schedule mini sessions and use the studio longer.
*The studio rental is only for a single photographer/videographer and their clients. These photo studio rental rates are not for group shoots or styled shoots with multiple photographers. Please respect this policy and should you want to reserve for such a shoot with multiple shooters for a training, workshop or styled shoot let us know and we can give you a quote for this.
At this point we don’t have punch passes or monthly memberships set up. If you are interested in these or other options let us know by contacting us directly by email.
Full Day Rate $400
So you don’t want to share the studio with anyone and have complete control the entire day to come and go as you please. Full day option gives you access to the photography studio from first thing in the morning until closing. This is great for any boudoir, family, newborn or seasonal photographer that wants to simply book a bunch of shoots on a few days each month and maximize their time. It also is great for anyone wanting to spend time setting up and brining in their own props and setups. Thinking of doing Christmas or Valentines shoots etc. You definitely are getting the most bang for the buck here. This essentially books the entire day off on our calendar and is only for that single day. If you wanted to do shoots for multiple days then you would need to schedule both days.
